ADDAM wasn't born as a technology bet on healthcare: it was born inside a real clinic, solving real scheduling, staffing, and patient problems with the imperfect tools that existed at the time. That firsthand experience, not a lab theory, is the foundation of everything we build. We believe that coordinating a clinic's entire operation, end to end, is what actually makes a clinic grow: more patients, more accepted treatments, more occupied schedule hours. Artificial intelligence is simply how we make that possible today.

Our Purpose

We don't exist to sell software. We exist to grow your clinic: in patients, in team, in results. Not just in revenue.

ADDAM was born inside a dental clinic, not in a software office. One of our founders ran it for years, from opening the first location to growing it into a chain, and along the way learned something no consultant could have taught him: that the quality of care is almost never lost for lack of good professionals. It's lost in a poorly coordinated schedule, in the message no one got to answer, in the patient who went cold waiting for a call that never came. He tried every generic tool available, and none of them solved that: they solved a task, not the whole operation. From that frustration, lived firsthand and not observed from outside, ADDAM was born. Today we build AI agents, but that was never the point. The point is simpler and more stubborn: that every minute a clinic's operation loses today returns to where it always belonged. With the patient. With whoever cares for them.
