Accounts & organizations

You must be of legal age to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity within your organization. You control which users can access your workspace and what permissions they receive.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the plan page or order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Taxes may apply. We may suspend or downgrade service for unpaid invoices. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include unlawful content, spam or unwanted messaging, harassment, privacy violations, attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interfering with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service.

Third-party services

You may connect third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API, Gmail). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or policy decisions.

Messaging & templates

You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in, honoring opt-out, and complying with WhatsApp policies and applicable laws. The 24-hour customer service window and template policies apply. You must ensure your agents and automations follow these rules and your local regulations.

AI features

If you enable AI features, you authorize processing of message content and metadata by our AI providers to generate responses or insights. You remain responsible for supervision, correctness, and outcomes. Do not rely on AI outputs without review where accuracy is critical.

Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service and all related intellectual property. You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate, secure, and support the Service per these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold iAddam SPA harmless from third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal compliance. Upon termination, we may delete data after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified below, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date above and, when required, provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
