This Privacy Policy explains how iAddam SPA (“iAddam”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our websites, products, and integrations (including WhatsApp Cloud API, Gmail, AI assistant, and analytics).

What we do

iAddam helps businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts via Embedded Signup, manage conversations in a shared inbox, automate replies (optional AI), and sync data with third-party providers.

Data we collect

Account & contact: name, email, organization info, role.
Auth & security: identifiers, session tokens, audit logs.
Messaging metadata: WhatsApp phone number ID, WABA ID, message IDs, timestamps, delivery/read status.
Message content: only for connected channels you enable.
Integrations: tokens/IDs to connect services (e.g., Gmail). Sensitive credentials are stored securely and never exposed in the browser.
Usage & device: pages used, performance events, IP, browser/OS.
Support: content you send to our team.

How we use data

Provide and secure the service, process messages and webhooks, operate automations/AI you configure, improve reliability and support, send transactional emails, comply with legal obligations, and enforce terms.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract (providing the service you requested).
Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product analytics).
Consent (when you connect third-party services or enable AI). You may withdraw consent via settings or by contacting us.

We use trusted subprocessors to operate iAddam under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Your data may be processed globally where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where applicable.

Retention

We retain data while your organization uses iAddam and as required for legal/accounting/security. You can request deletion as described below.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to processing. Contact admin@iaddam.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16.

Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, secrets management, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure; report issues to security@iaddam.com.

WhatsApp compliance

You must obtain appropriate opt-in and honor opt-out. We enforce 24-hour customer-service windows and template policies where applicable.

Data deletion

Email admin@iaddam.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” including your organization and scope. We will verify and confirm deletion.
